halloween celebration at school

Orson was a little sick the day 

of his school's Halloween party.

So being a good mom, 

I let him skip the academics

and just attend the party...

Orson dressed as a mad scientist!

Orson, Daddio & I went to the library

to watch a magician perform.

Costumes were encouraged

 so Orson came up with 

this half cowboy half pajama outfit...

Orson loved volunteering to help the magician...

And after the show ended

the boys took a little time to read...

sauvie island pumpkins

Orson got out last year's Halloween costume

for a trip to the pumpkin patch on Sauvie Island.

It was fun day with Cousin Ryan & Gerrin...

Happy Autumn days...

new museum exhibit

Orson was sad to see the dinosaur exhibit 

leave the museum,

But he was excited to check out the new adventure...

We can't wait to go back!

pumpkin field trip

Orson's school took a field trip 

to the pumpkin patch.

We all enjoyed a fun day 

looking at the animals, playing in the hay,

and picking pumpkins...

baby shower!

While Grandma Judy was in town,

Cousin Ryan & Naomi threw me a surprise baby shower!

(Have I mentioned we're expecting a baby boy around December 5th?)

It was wonderful to celebrate 

with some of my most favorite people...

It was perfect. Big thanks to Naomi & Ryan!
